Dress the Part – On and Off the Course
We kindly ask all members and guests to respect our attire guidelines while enjoying the golf course, practice facilities, and clubhouse.
+ On the Course & Practice Areas
PERMITTED:
Men: Collared shirts (mock/turtlenecks okay), tailored pants/shorts, golf hats (peak forward)
Women: Golf shirts with sleeves or collars, tailored slacks, capris, skirts/skorts
NOT PERMITTED:
Denim, tank tops, workout wear, T-shirts with slogans, short shorts, offensive logos, or metal spikes.
+ Inside the Clubhouse
• Golf attire is welcome
• Well-tailored dress jeans (no rips or frays) are permitted unless otherwise noted for specific events
• No hats/visors in the Grill Room or Dining Room
• Sandals & athletic shoes are allowed
• No bags or clubs in the Grill Room — please use the locker room or outdoor storage
+ Arrival at the Course
We look forward to welcoming you to St. Thomas Golf & Country Club. Upon arrival, please check in at the Golf Shop located around the back left hand side of the building. Our staff will be pleased to assist with your clubs, direct you to the bag drop if required, and answer any questions about club facilities. As a private club, guests must be accompanied by their member host while on the property. If you arrive before your host, you are welcome to relax in the clubhouse or make use of the locker rooms until they join you.
+ Pace of Play
At STGCC, we strive to provide an enjoyable and efficient round for all golfers. An 18-hole round should be completed in four hours. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to this standard. Should a group fall behind, club staff may offer a courteous reminder and guidance to help maintain pace with the group ahead. To support a smooth flow of play, golf carts are encouraged.
